This video game challenge your business skills and entrepreneur vision to become a successful railroad mogul. Inside an atmosphere of the XIX century with west American scenarios, the objective is to gain profits, to do that you have to join towns with functional railroads, when you built the infrastructure (train stations, junctions, bridges, mountain tunnels, etc.) then you can operate your trains, giving the transportation service. The locomotives of your company transport people and goods from one town to another, but you can hold a limited number of rail cars, so you must get strategical routes, finally when you put the rail cars in the marked objectives you get money. With the profits you can build more infrastructure, avoiding natural obstacles like trees, hills, mountains, canyons, among others. Each level put you in a different territory with a great variety of challenges. To build the railroads you must contract people for example to cut some trees from the road. It´s very easy to play this game you have the board divided in charts, and you can play it just with the mouse. |
